Sausages

Below is a list of our current product range the sausages can be made to length 4"-12" and are 23mm (Thin) or 32 mm (Thick) in diameter. We use natural Hog and edible collagen casings we only use the finest local and imported ingredients.

Old English (Pork), Tasty Beef ,Beef Premier, Bratwurst, Chicken Supreme, Aussie Hot Dogs (Red Skins), Cumberland (Pork), Italian (Pork), Tomato & Basil (Beef, Pork or Chicken), Herb and Garlic (Beef or Pork), Hot Mexican Beef or Pork.Lamb Mint & Herb

Bacon

Vacuum packed bags of 250gram/500gram/1Kg packets. Cartons in 5kg and 10kg quantities. Bacon thickness is 2mm and is hot wood smoked. We can supply full eye rashers or streak and even bacon pieces e.g. For pizza and other applications.

Hamburgers

100% Prime lean beef burgers come in 5kg and 10Kg lots. There are 8 pieces per Kg (125grams) that is our standard packing weight. We can adjust the Pattie weights should you require a thicker or thinner Pattie. Each Pattie is sealed by 2 plastic separators.

Ham

We have many styles of ham Adelphi, Honey Smoked ham, 4" x 4" or round processed sandwich ham. Legs can vary in weight from 6-11kg and can be boneless or bone in. Hams can be whole or they can be sliced and vacuum packed in various thickness and packing weights e.g. Shaved - Steak 1- 15mm.

Imported Australian Beef and Lamb

Australian Grass and Grain Fed aged 120 days Angus Tenderloin Fillet, Rib eye, Strip Loin plus Lamb Legs, Cutlets, Racks, Shoulders, Chops and Veal. We also have a selection of imported sauces and seasonings. You will be delighted with this range of tender quality Aussie beef and Lamb we only buy the very best.

 Braham breed local Grain Fed Beef

Aged in house this beef represents excellent value for money. Boned and cut in house you can choose from all the prime cuts including: Tenderloin, Scotch Fillet/Rib Eye, Sirloin, T-Bone,Top Side, Corned Silverside, Shin, Blade, Rolled brisket, Kimberly Ribs, Bottom Round and A-B grade mince and more.

Bakery Products

Australian style Pies, Pasties and Sausage rolls made in-house with fully imported pastry and flavorings. We can make many different varieties to suit our customers requirements all pastries are made by a  experienced pastry chef with 20 years experience.
