New computerized factory completed and production in 2006 with state of the art equipment from Australia, Italy, Germany and the United States. We can ensure a quality consistent  product every time!

This enables us to process control all the manufacturing and production of our Bacon-Ham-Sausage  range with  finite precision. Our Handtmann machine can produce 2000kg of sausage per hour.

We place a large emphasis on hygiene and our factory staff adhere to strict Australian and overseas hygiene standards.  You can be assured that you are consuming a safe hygienic product.

We are constantly thriving to improve the taste and texture of our product range in order to satisfy increasing customer demand. We are releasing new lines all the time giving an edge to our customers.

With the installation of our new computerized smoke oven our Bacon, Ham & Sausage range has better texture and more succulence. You will be delighted with the new range out now!

Export standard boning room with hanging rails and skids this enables us to break carcasses fairly quickly. With a temperature controlled environment the bodies are kept at very low temperatures whilst being broken down into primals.

The boning room has been built to western standards complete with stainless work benches and a start of the art German band saws and tenderizer machinery. We are capable of breaking reasonable amounts of beef and lamb bodies on a daily basis.
