The objective of both co-founders is to
supply a high end western style product that is separate from the
main stream Thai "Pre-Cooked" sausage market. The demand for small
goods in Thailand exceeds 140 Billion baht per annum according to
Thai authorities and media reports.

itself to supply the higher end of the
"farang" market mostly made up of western demand from tourism to the
kingdom. A large emphasis is placed on procedure, hygiene, quality
